Throughout the last 7 years, I have realized I am a magnet for these individuals - starseeds, lightworkers, and unknowing diamonds in the rough alike. The one thing we all have in common is our drive to live out our personal truth, and we do it while picking up and putting down heavy ass weights and connecting to our bodies just as much as our minds.
